والدرس العام هو أنه حينما تنخفض معدلات التضخم وأسعار الفائدة إلى قرب الصفر، ينبغي عدم الإحجام عن اتباع سياسات نشطة من جراء مخاوف ظهور حافز مفرط، يمكن عكس اتجاهه فيما بعد عن طريق تضييق السياسات
