وتؤكد منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي مجددا أيضا أن جميع التدابير والإجراءات التي اتخذتها أو ستتخذها إسرائيل، الدولة القائمة بالاحتلال، لتغيير الوضع القانوني والمادي والديمغرافي للجولان السوري المحتل أو هيكله المؤسسي، أو فرض ولاية قضائية أو إدارية، باطلة ولاغية وليس لها أي أثر قانوني.

The OIC also reaffirms that all measures and actions taken or to be taken by Israel, the occupying Power, to alter the legal, physical and demographic status of the occupied Syrian Golan and its institutional structure or to impose jurisdiction and administration there are null and void and have no legal effect.

La OCI reafirma asimismo que todas las medidas y acciones que han sido tomadas o serán tomadas por Israel, la Potencia ocupante, para alterar la situación jurídica, física y demográfica del Golán sirio y su estructura institucional, o para imponer sus poderes jurisdiccionales y administrativos, son nulas y carecen de efecto jurídico.

L’OCI réaffirme également que toutes les mesures et actions passées ou futures d’Israël, Puissance occupante, en vue d’altérer le statut juridique, physique et démographique du Golan syrien occupé et sa structure institutionnelle, ainsi que les mesures prises par Israël en vue d’y imposer son autorité judiciaire et administrative sont nulles et non avenues, et n’ont aucun effet juridique.

ОИК подтверждает также, что все меры и действия, которые были и будут предприняты Израилем, оккупирующей державой, в целях изменения правового, физического и демографического статуса оккупированных сирийских Голан и их институциональной структуры, а также меры по навязыванию там юрисдикции и администрации, не имеют законной силы и не влекут за собой никаких правовых последствий.
