Canalete Mayor Armando Bolaño Lambertinez said efforts have been made with the police and army to provide them with tank cars in order to bring water from Monteria to The Tomato and other towns as the Holy Land and La Estrella; without But Eduardo Pacheco, a resident of the area said yesterday that this medium tank cars have not arrived there; it was learned they were in the Banana and Popayan, but not in the tomato.

El alcalde de Canalete, Armando Lambertinez Bolaño, dijo que se han hecho las gestiones con la Policía y el Ejército para que les presten los carrotanques con el fin de llevar agua desde Montería a El Tomate y otras poblaciones como Tierra Santa y La Estrella; sin embargo, Eduardo Pacheco, habitante de la zona dijo ayer a este medio que los carrotanques no han llegado por allá; se supo que estuvieron en El Guineo y Popayán pero no en El Tomate.
