When generating a reformed gas in a steam reformer (10) by steam-reforming natural gas, synthesizing methanol in a methanol synthesis tower (20) from the reformed gas and synthesizing gasoline in a gasoline synthesis tower (30) from the methanol, the combustion air (41) to be supplied to the steam reformer (10) is supplied to the steam reformer (10) after said combustion air (41) has been pre-heated with the reaction heat generated in the gasoline synthesis tower (30).
