Det er ikke alene bydende noedvendigt for faellesskabskontrollen, men ville uden tvivl ogsaa vaere yderst nyttigt for de nationale kontrolmyndigheder, om opgoerelserne til EUGFL blev udarbejdet paa grundlag af standardiserede bilag, som ligeledes kunne omfatte systematiske krydsreferencer til kildematerialet ( regnskaber, registre, fortegnelser, hovedboeger, lister).
