الرسالة تواصل سياسة الحكومة الأذربيجانية المتمثلة في نشر اتهامات محرّفة ولا أساس لها من الصحة بحق بلدي، وذلك على الرغم من الحالات التي لا حصر لها والمتواصلة من تسجيل الحقائق التي تثبت العكس.

The letter continues the Azerbaijani Government’s policy of spreading distorted and groundless accusations against my country, despite countless and continuous registration of the facts proving the opposite.
