본 발명은 소규모 하수처리를 위한 MSBR공정에서, 질소제거와 전기전도도를 이용한 인 제거 자동제어 고도처리 시스템 및 그 작동방법에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 인공지능형 자동제어기법을 이용하여 MSBR 공정에서 질소나 인과 같은 영양염류 물질의 고도처리 시스템에 대한 것으로, 기존에 수동으로 운전되거나 유기물 처리 중심으로 운영되던 하수처리 공정을 자동제어 기법을 도입하여 자동적으로 운전됨으로써 BOD나 COD와 같은 유기물질뿐만 아니라 질소나 인과 같은 영영염류 물질도 고도처리되도록 공정을 자동화한 것이다.
