Participants of the CLI, while acting in their personal capacities, will deepen and expand their understanding of the expectations, goals and ambitions held by others for a future IAF; providing an informal contribution that will help to provide a basis for their consideration of the decision to be made at # thus contributing to an atmosphere of mutual respect and harmony in these important deliberations
