Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erfolgt eine präoperative Bestimmung mindestens der Hornhauttopographie, der Augenlänge und der Vorderkammertiefe, die Berechnung der zu implantierenden IOL mittels Raytracing und nach durchgeführter Kateraktoperation eine postoperative Bestimmung mindestens der Hornhauttopographie, der Augenlänge, der Vorderkammertiefe sowie der objektiven, wellenfrontbasierten Restrefraktion.

In the method according to the invention, at least the corneal topography, the length of the eye and the depth of the anterior chamber are determined pre-operatively, the values of the IOL to be implanted are calculated by means of ray-tracing, and at least the corneal topography, the length of the eye, the depth of the anterior chamber and the objective, wavefront-based residual refraction are determined post-operatively.

Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à déterminer de manière préopératoire au moins la topographie de la cornée, la longueur de l'œil et la profondeur de la chambre antérieure, à calculer l'IOL devant être implantée au moyen d'un lancer de rayon et à déterminer, une fois l'opération de la cataracte terminée, au moins la topographie de la cornée, la longueur de l'œil, la profondeur de la chambre antérieure ainsi que la réfraction résiduelle objective, cette dernière étant basée sur l'analyse du front d'onde.
