The present invention relates to a polymer compound that enables the maximization of compatibility between a polymer and a reinforcement agent and a novel initiator required for the polymerization thereof, and particularly to a new polymer that has excellent miscibility with the inorganic reinforcement agents used for tire manufacturing.

본 발명은 고분자와 보강제간의 상용성을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 고분자 화합물 및 그의 중합에 필요한 신규한 개시제에 관한 발명으로서, 특히 타이어 제조시에 사용되는 무기 보강제들과의 혼화성이 우수한 새로운 고분자에 관한 것이다. 또한, 아민관능기를 포함하는 상기의 신규한 이관능성 개시제를 사용하여 중합한 후, 활성말단을 알콕시실란 화합물로 변성시켜 제조되는 공중합체에 관한 것이다.
