The inventive muscle training device comprises in-series pivotally connected three rigid links whose pivot joints are embodied in the form of a ball, load producing means embodied on each pivot ball and means for interacting with a sportsman's bio-links in which each load producing means is provided with means for producing friction forces between the elements of the pivot joint.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement de muscles qui comprend trois maillons rigides connectés de façon séquentielle et articulée, les articulations étant du type à rotule; un moyen pour créer une charge, fait sur chaque articulation à rotule; et un moyen pour interagir avec les maillons biologiques du sportif, chaque moyen pour créer une charge étant muni d'un moyen pour produire des forces de frottement entre les éléments de l'articulation à rotule.
