Furthermore, UNHCR noted that the current system of three-phase reception which required families to migrate from Bekescsaba to Debrecen, and if recognized, from Debrecen to Bicske was not suitable for families with children, especially those of school age, as the best interest of children demanded a stable environment for the child’s growth and well-being.
