Die Rekonstruktion erfolgte unter Erhaltung der Papille durch direktes Aufnähen der Duodenalwand auf die Pankreasresektionsfläche ohne zusätzliche Abdeckung durch eine nach Roux-Y ausgeschaltete Darmschlinge.

Under preservation of the Oddi's sphincter, the reconstruction was completed by direct suturing of the duodenal wall to the pancreatic surface without need for enteral diversion procedures.
