Příjemci těchto grantů dodržují pravidla stanovená v tomto nařízení, pokud provádění humanitární akce a pomoci směřované přímo prostřednictvím nevládních organizací ve smyslu nařízení (ES) č. 1658/98 vyžaduje zadávání veřejných zakázek.

(2) Die Empfänger der Zuschüsse befolgen die Bestimmungen der vorliegenden Verordnung, soweit die Erbringung der humanitären Hilfe und der direkt über NROs im Sinne der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1658/98 geleisteten Hilfe die Vergabe von Beschaffungsaufträgen erfordert.

2. Beneficiaries of these grants shall abide by the rules established in this Regulation where the implementation of the assisted humanitarian action and aid channelled directly through NGOs within the meaning of Regulation (EC) no 1658/98 requires the award of procurement contracts.

(2) E támogatások kedvezményezettjeire akkor vonatkoznak az e rendeletben megállapított szabályok, ha a támogatott humanitárius intézkedés és – az 1658/98/EK rendelet értelmében – a közvetlenül a nem kormányzati szerveken keresztül nyújtott segítség beszerzési szerződések odaítélését igényli.
