يشكل الإخطار المرسل إلى الأمين العام إخطارا فعليا للسلطة لكل الأغراض بموجب هذا النظام، ويكون الأمين العام وكيلا للسلطة، في تبليغ الإجراء أو الإخطار في أي إجراءات قانونية لأي محكمة مختصة.

Notice to the Secretary-General shall constitute effective notice to the Authority for all purposes under these Regulations, and the Secretary-General shall be the Authority’s agent for the service of process or notification in any proceeding of any court or tribunal having jurisdiction.

La notificación al Secretario General servirá de notificación a la Autoridad para todos los efectos en relación con el presente reglamento y el Secretario General representará a la Autoridad a los efectos de la notificación de la demanda o de otra diligencia ante cualquier tribunal competente.
