Disclosed are a method and a system for processing a communication fee by using a VSDT terminal for revitalizing the prevalence of a terminal for preventing and dealing with car accidents by distributing, to a party providing a VSDT service, a wireless communication fee caused by a VSDT device which prevents car accidents, makes a determination on car accidents and is enabled to be separately attached to and detached from an electronic control device of a vehicle.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de traitement des frais de communication à l'aide d'un terminal VSDT, afin de dynamiser la prévalence d'un terminal pour éviter les accidents de voiture et les gérer par la distribution, à une partie fournissant un service VSDT, des frais de communication sans fil causés par un dispositif VSDT, qui évite les accidents de voiture, réalise une détermination sur les accidents de voiture et est activé pour être attaché séparément à un dispositif de commande électronique d'un véhicule et en être détaché.
