Auch das Verbot für bestimmte Erzeugnisse ° Gelatine, Dikalziumphosphat, Aminosäuren und Peptide, Talg und Talgerzeugnisse sowie aus Talg hergestellte Erzeugnisse ° wird aufgehoben, soweit sie in Einrichtungen hergestellt wurden, die unter amtstierärztlicher Überwachung stehen und die nachweislich gemäß den im Anhang aufgeführten Bedingungen arbeiten (Artikel 1 Absatz 2), und soweit Art und Einrichtung der Herstellung der Erzeugnisse aus deren Kennzeichnung hervorgeht oder anderweitig festzustellen ist (Artikel 1 Absatz 3).

The ban is also lifted in respect of various products ° gelatin, di-calcium phosphate, amino acids and peptides, tallow and tallow products ° provided that they are produced in accordance with the methods described in the annex to the decision, in establishments under official veterinary control which have been shown to be operating in accordance with the conditions set out in the annex (Article 1(2)), and that they are labelled or otherwise identified to show the method and establishment of production (Article 1(3)).

Asimismo, levanta la prohibición para diferentes productos °la gelatina, el fosfato dicálcico, los aminoácidos y péptidos, los sebos y los productos de sebo o los derivados de éste°, siempre que se hayan producido, según los métodos descritos en el Anexo de la Decisión, en establecimientos bajo control veterinario oficial que hayan demostrado funcionar con arreglo a las condiciones establecidas en el Anexo (apartado 2 del artículo 1), y que estén etiquetados o identificados de otra forma para indicar el método y el establecimiento de producción (apartado 3 del artículo 1).

L' interdiction est également levée pour différents produits ° la gélatine, le phosphate dicalcique, les aminoacides et peptides, les suifs et les produits ou dérivés de suifs ° à la condition qu' ils soient produits selon les méthodes décrites à l' annexe de la décision, dans des établissements sous contrôle vétérinaire officiel et qui se sont avérés fonctionner conformément aux conditions prévues à l' annexe (article 1er, paragraphe 2), et qu' ils soient étiquetés ou autrement identifiés de manière à indiquer la méthode et l' établissement de production (article 1er, paragraphe 3).

Het verbod wordt eveneens opgeheven voor verschillende produkten ° gelatine, dicalciumfosfaat, aminozuren, peptiden, talg en talgprodukten ° op voorwaarde dat zij volgens de methoden, omschreven in de bijlage bij de beschikking, worden geproduceerd in onder officiële veterinaire controle staande inrichtingen waarvan is gebleken dat zij overeenkomstig de in de bijlage vermelde eisen werken (artikel 1, lid 2), en dat via het etiket of op een andere wijze de produktiemethode en de inrichting worden aangegeven (artikel 1, lid 3).
