وبتمرير القانون رقم 61/2007 الذي يعدل قانون العقوبات العام رقم 19/1940 مع التعديلات الملحقة به (الجرائم الجنسية)، ألغى حكم المادة 205 من القانون؛ وقد أتاح ذلك إلغاء العقوبة عن بعض الجرائم الجنسية إذا واصل الشخصان اللذان حدث بينهما الجماع العيش معا أو الدخول في معاشرة أو زواج.

With the passing of the Act No. 61/2007, amending the General Penal Code, No. 19/1940, with subsequent amendments (sexual offences), the provision of Article 205 of the code was abolished; this had provided for the waiving of punishment for certain sexual offences if the persons between whom the intercourse took place continue to live together, enter into a cohabitation or marry.

A raíz de la aprobación de la Ley No. 61/2007, por la que se enmienda el Código Penal General No. 19/1940, con sus posteriores enmiendas (delitos sexuales), quedó abolida la disposición del artículo 305 del código; en ella se preveía la exoneración de sanciones para determinados delitos sexuales si las personas entre las que tenía lugar la relación sexual continúan viviendo juntas, comienzan una relación de cohabitación o contraen matrimonio.

Suite à l’adoption de la Loi no 61/2007, portant amendement du Code pénal général, no 19/1940, et les amendements ultérieurs (infractions sexuelles), la disposition de l’article 205 du Code a été abolie. Celle-ci prévoyait la dispense de la punition pour certaines infractions sexuelles si les personnes entre lesquelles l’acte sexuel avait eu lieu continuaient de vivre ensemble, commençaient à cohabiter ou se mariaient.

С принятием Закона No 61/2007, внесшего поправки в Общий уголовный кодекс No 19/1940, и с последующим внесением поправок (преступления на сексуальной почве) положение статьи 205 кодекса было отменено; оно предусматривало освобождение от наказания за определенные преступления на сексуальной почве, если лица, между которыми имело место сношение, продолжают жить вместе, вступают в сожительство или заключают брак.
