The hybrid die casting process according to the present invention is characterized by: using a hybrid mold provided with a pair of cavities having the shape of an air conditioner piston; setting a vacuum condition and a local pressing condition created in the cavities appropriately for an air conditioner piston product; with the air conditioner piston shapes filled with molten metal, locally pressing the filled molten metal while creating a high vacuum in each air conditioner piston shape, and simultaneously producing two air conditioner piston products; and thereby manufacturing easily and in large quantities air conditioner pistons (100) having a significantly low bubble content and also having a high degree of hardness required for air conditioner compressors during the manufacturing processes.

본 발명의 하이브리드 다이캐스팅 공법은 한쌍의 에어컨 피스톤 형상을 갖춘 캐비티(Cavity)가 구비된 하이브리드 금형을 이용하고, 캐비티(Cavity)에 형성되는 진공조건과 국부 가압조건을 에어컨 피스톤 제품에 맞춰 설정하며, 에어컨 피스톤 형상에 용탕이 충진된 상태에서 에어컨 피스톤 형상의 각각에 고 진공을 형성하면서 충진된 용탕을 국부 가압해 하는 동시에 2개의 에어컨 피스톤 제품을 만들어 줌으로써, 제조 과정에서 기폼 함유량이 극히 낮으면서도 에어컨 컴프레서에서 요구되는 높은 경도가 충족되는 에어컨 피스톤(100)이 용이하게 제조되면서 대량으로 제조되는 특징을 갖는다.
