Το εν λόγω αποδεικτικό στοιχείο φαίνεται να αντιστοιχεί στο ποσό των 22 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, το οποίο, όπως αναγνώρισε το ελληνικό δημόσιο, αποτελεί το χρέος του έναντι της OA, και το οποίο εκχωρήθηκε στην Εμπορική Τράπεζα της Ελλάδας προς εξασφάλιση του δανείου της ύψους 19,5 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ.
