In Thailand, the City is powered by a 1.0-litre VTEC Turbo petrol engine mated to a CVT. It is available in four trim levels: S, V, SV and RS. It comes in six colors including new Ignite Red Metallic exclusively for the RS trim, Platinum White Pearl exclusively for the SV and RS trims, and Crystal Black Pearl, Lunar Silver Metallic, Modern Steel Metallic and Taffeta White for the S and V trims.

ในประเทศไทย Honda City ใช้เครื่องยนต์ใหม่ เบนซิน 1.0 TURBO 122 แรงม้า 173 นิวตันเมตรพร้อมเกียร์อัตโนมัติ CVT รองรับน้ํามัน E20 และมี สีตัวถังภายนอก มีให้เลือก 6 สี ได้แก่ สีแดง Ignite Red Metallic (เฉพาะรุ่น RS), สีขาวมุก Platinum White Pearl (เฉพาะรุ่น RS / SV) (เพิ่มเงิน 10,000 บาท), สีดํา Crystal Black Pearl (เพิ่มเงิน 6,000 บาท), สีเงิน Lunar Silver Metallic, สีเทา Modern Steel Metallic และ สีขาว Taffeta White (เฉพาะรุ่น S / V) เริ่มวางจําหน่ายในประเทศไทยวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2562
