وقال المراقب عن مؤسسة البحث والدعم للسكان الأصليين في القرم إن شعب تتر القرم ممثل تمثيلاً ناقصاً إلى حد كبير جداً في البرلمان الأوكراني، وكذلك في برلمان القرم، وإنه استُبعد من عملية استرجاع الأرض.

The observer for the Foundation for Research and Support of Indigenous Peoples of Crimea stated that the Crimean Tartar people were severely underrepresented in the Ukranian Parliament as well as the Crimean Parliament and that they had been excluded from the land restitution process.
