استحقاق الاستغناء عن الخدمة هو استحقاق نقدي يتمثل الغرض منه في حماية العاطلين عن العمل من خلال تقديم الدعم المالي لهم طوال فترة مكوثهم بلا عمل على ألا تتجاوز هذه الفترة الحد الأقصى الذي أقره القانون(135).
