이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 드릴 일부가 상악동 하부의 치조골을 완전히 관통하면서도 상악동내 골막은 손상하지 않도록 상기 상부 커팅바의 커팅날의 외경보다 메인 커팅바(120)의 날부 외경을 더 크게 함으로써 커팅바(120)가 치조골을 통과하면 단속수단에 의해 메인 커팅바와 생크부의 회전력전달이 분리되어 회전되지 않도록 하여, 임플란트 매식체의 식립을 위한 기초공을 천공 또는 상악동내 골막 거상술 시술시 상악동내의 골막이 손상되지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.
