24 На 8 септември 2017 г. поради опасенията на публичните британски органи относно безопасността на децата High Court of Justice (England and Wales) (Висш съд (Англия и Уелс), Обединено кралство) постановява определение за учредяването на настойничество над трите деца, с което упражняването на родителските права се предоставя на HCC (наричано по-нататък „определението за учредяване на настойничество“) и което включва разпореждане за връщането на трите деца (наричано по-нататък „разпореждането за връщане“).

24 Dne 8. září 2017 High Court of Justice (England and Wales) [Vrchní soud (Anglie a Wales), Spojené království] z důvodu obav britských orgánů veřejné správy týkajících se bezpečnosti dětí rozhodl o ustanovení poručníka všech tří dětí, přičemž práva péče o děti svěřil HCC (dále jen „usnesení o ustanovení poručníka“) a nařídil navrácení všech tří dětí (dále jen „příkaz k navrácení“).

24 On 8 September 2017, owing to the concerns of the United Kingdom public authorities about the children’s safety, the High Court of Justice (England and Wales) (United Kingdom) issued an order making the three children wards of court, attributing rights of custody to HCC (‘the wardship order’) and incorporating an order that the three children be returned (‘the return order’).
