To proudly salute and commend the Palestinian people and its struggle and sacrifices and for its legitimate, elected leadership led by President Mahmoud Abbas for their resilience in the face of the barbaric practices of Israel, the occupying Power; and call on the international community to pressure Israel, the occupying Power, to withdraw its forces from the occupied Arab lands, establish an independent, fully sovereign State of Palestine with its capital in Jerusalem, and return the Palestinian refugees as provided in United Nations resolutions on which the peace process is based, foremost of which is General Assembly resolution 194 (III), and as provided in the Arab peace initiative (2002).

Felicitar con orgullo y encomiar al pueblo palestino y su lucha y sus sacrificios y a sus legítimos dirigentes electos, encabezados por el Presidente Mahmoud Abbas, por su resiliencia ante las prácticas bárbaras de Israel, la Potencia ocupante; y exhortar a la comunidad internacional a que presione a Israel, la Potencia ocupante, para que retire sus fuerzas de los territorios árabes ocupados, establezca un Estado de Palestina independiente y plenamente soberano con su capital en Jerusalén y devuelva a los refugiados palestinos de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las resoluciones de las Naciones Unidas en que se basa el proceso de paz, entre las que destaca la resolución 194 (III) de la Asamblea General, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Iniciativa de Paz Árabe (2002).
