في الفقرة 11 من الديباجة، أدخلت كلمة ”الإسرائيلية“ بعد كلمة ”العسكرية“، واستعيض عن عبارة ”الهجمات والتوغلات العسكرية التي قامت بها قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية“ بكلمة ”الأعمال“؛
