Ερωτάται η Επιτροπή αν αυτή η βίαιη φτωχοποίηση ήταν αποτέλεσμα συνειδητής επιδίωξης της Τρόικας στην οποία μετέχουν κατά τα 2/3 ο εκπρόσωπος της ίδιας και ο εκπρόσωπος της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας, επήλθε ως αποτέλεσμα λαθών στον σχεδιασμό της Τρόικας ή ήταν απόρροια λανθασμένης εφαρμογής εκ μέρους των ελληνικών αρχών.

Can the Commission indicate whether this dramatic impoverishment was the actual intention of the Troika, on which the Commission and European Central Bank are represented, making up 2/3 of its membership, or whether it was the result of mistakes in the Troika's planning or, alternatively, in the implementation thereof by the Greek authorities?
