(5) Der Geltungsbereich einer Genehmigung zur Anwendung einer Matching-Anpassung für ein Portfolio von Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungsverpflichtungen, die ein Versicherungs- oder Rückversicherungsunternehmen erhält, erstreckt sich auch auf künftige Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungsverpflichtungen und Vermögenswerte, die dem Matching-Portfolio hinzugefügt werden, sofern das Unternehmen Folgendes nachweisen kann:

5. Where insurance and reinsurance undertakings are granted approval to apply a matching adjustment to a portfolio of insurance and reinsurance obligations, the scope of that approval decision shall be considered to cover future insurance and reinsurance obligations and assets that are added to that matching portfolio, provided that undertakings can demonstrate the following:

(5) Amennyiben a biztosítók és viszontbiztosítók jóváhagyást kapnak illeszkedési kiigazítás alkalmazására valamely biztosítási vagy viszontbiztosítási kötelezettség portfóliója tekintetében, a jóváhagyásról szóló határozat hatályát úgy kell tekinteni, hogy az a szóban forgó illeszkedési portfólióhoz a jövőben hozzáadandó biztosítási vagy viszontbiztosítási kötelezettségekre és eszközökre is kiterjed, feltéve, hogy a biztosító vagy viszontbiztosító bizonyítani tudja a következőket:

(5) În cazul în care o întreprindere de asigurare și de reasigurare primește aprobarea de a aplica o primă de echilibrare unui portofoliu de obligații de asigurare și reasigurare, se consideră că domeniul de aplicare al deciziei de aprobare respective acoperă obligațiile de asigurare și de reasigurare și activele viitoare care sunt adăugate respectivului portofoliu căruia i se aplică o primă de echilibrare, cu condiția ca întreprinderea să poată demonstra următoarele:
