Polymer composition with co-continuous structure is formed by continuous structures of a load-bearing frame and a bioresorbable component, where the load-bearing frame is based on at least one bioinert polymer and the bioresorbable component is based on at least one polymer hydrolytically or enzymatically degradable in the environment of living organisms, and, simultaneously the mass ratio of the load-bearing frame and of the bioresorbable component is 20:80 to 80:20.

L'invention concerne une composition polymère à structure cocontinue formée par des structures continues d'un cadre supportant une charge et d'un composant résorbable, le cadre supportant la charge étant à base d'au moins un polymère bio-inerte et le composant résorbable étant à base d'au moins un polymère hydrolytiquement ou enzymatiquement dégradable dans l'environnement d'organismes vivants et, simultanément, le rapport massique du cadre supportant la charge et du composant résorbable valant 20:80 à 80:20.
