وافق مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السابع، بموجب المقرر 7/25، على اختصاصات الفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن ("الفريق العامل المشترك") وترتيبات عمله.

By its decision VII/25, the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting agreed to the terms of reference and the working arrangements of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization (“ILO”), the International Maritime Organization (“IMO”) and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping (“the Joint Working Group”).

En su decisión VII/25 adoptada en su séptima reunión, la Conferencia de las Partes estuvo de acuerdo con el mandato y las modalidades de funcionamiento del Grupo mixto de trabajo de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), la Organización Marítima Internacional (OMI) y el Convenio de Basilea sobre desguace de embarcaciones (“el Grupo mixto de trabajo”).
