products transported through the territories of countries other than the exporting beneficiary country or, when Article # applies, other than the territory of other countries of the same regional group, with or without transhipment or temporary warehousing within those countries, provided that transport through those countries is justified for geographical reasons or exclusively on account of transport requirements and that the products:-have remained under the supervision of the customs authorities of the country of transit or warehousing, and
