On 17 May 1991 the Minister, by the abovementioned letter to HMIL, sought inter alia repayment of the following amounts: (i) IEP 1 135 967.93 in respect of special export refunds (inclusive of the 20% advance payment premium); (ii) IEP 241 021.03 in respect of APS (inclusive of the 20% advance payment premium); and (iii) IEP 148 759.97 in respect of APS contract securities declared forfeit in respect of plate and flank and mid rib production at the Sallins, Athy, Tunney and Ballymahon production plants of HMIL.

El 17 de mayo de 1991, el Ministro, en el referido escrito dirigido a HMIL, instó, en particular, la devolución de las siguientes cantidades: i) 1.135.967,93 IRL en concepto de restituciones especiales a la exportación (incluido el recargo del 20 % por pago anticipado); ii) 241.021,03 IRL en concepto de ayuda al almacenamiento privado (incluido el recargo del 20 % por pago anticipado); iii) 148.759,97 IRL en concepto de garantías relativas a los contratos de almacenamiento privado ejecutadas en relación con la producción de parte anterior de la canal y costilla media en las plantas de producción de HMIL en Sallins, Athy, Tunney y Ballymahon.
