إن منظمتنا، شأنها شأن أي منظومة أخرى، لن يمكنها أن تسترد عافيتها أو تبرأ من العلل التي أصابتها ما لم تخضع لعلاج شامل يتعامل بصورة ملائمة مع جميع الأجهزة التي لا تعمل بشكل سليم وتتسبب في اختلال العمل داخل المنظومة
