إذا كان العقد الكمي يفي بمقتضيات الفقرة 2 من هذه المادة، انطبقت شروط ذلك العقد التي تخرج عن هذه الاتفاقية فيما بين الناقل وأي شخص آخر غير الشاحن، شريطة:
