وعلى ضوء التصريحات الواردة أعلاه، تقترح اللجنة الاستشارية على مجلس حقوق الإنسان قائمة قصيرة بالدراسات التي اختيرت بالاستناد إلى معايير الأهمية المواضيعية؛ والولاية التي أسندتها لجنة حقوق الإنسان السابقة؛ والعمل السابق الذي اضطلعت به اللجنة الفرعية حول هذا الموضوع.

In the light of the above statements, the Advisory Committee submits to the Human Rights Council a shortlist of studies chosen by the criteria of thematic importance; the mandate given by the former Commission on Human Rights; and the previous work undertaken by the Sub‐Commission on this subject.
