Ако прецени, че поведението на съветник или на адвокат пред Съда, пред съдия, генерален адвокат или пред секретаря е несъвместимо с достойнството на Съда или с изискванията за добро правораздаване, или че този съветник или адвокат използва своите права за цели, различни от целите, за които те са му предоставени, Съдът уведомява за това заинтересованото лице.

Ist der Gerichtshof der Auffassung, dass das Verhalten eines Beistands oder Anwalts gegenüber dem Gerichtshof, einem Richter, einem Generalanwalt oder dem Kanzler mit der Würde des Gerichtshofs oder mit den Erfordernissen einer geordneten Rechtspflege unvereinbar ist oder dass ein Beistand oder Anwalt seine Befugnisse missbraucht, so unterrichtet er den Betroffenen davon.

Το Δικαστήριο, αν κρίνει ότι η συμπεριφορά συμβούλου ή δικηγόρου ενώπιον του Δικαστηρίου ή δικαστικού λειτουργού είναι ασυμβίβαστη προς το κύρος του Δικαστηρίου ή προς τις απαιτήσεις της ορθής απονομής της δικαιοσύνης ή ότι ο σύμβουλος ή ο δικηγόρος αυτός κάνει χρήση των δικαιωμάτων που απορρέουν από το λειτούργημά του για σκοπούς άλλους από εκείνους για τους οποίους του έχουν παρασχεθεί, ενημερώνει τον ενδιαφερόμενο.

1. If the Court considers that the conduct of an adviser or lawyer towards the Court, a Judge, an Advocate General or the Registrar is incompatible with the dignity of the Court or with the requirements of the proper administration of justice, or that such adviser or lawyer is using his rights for purposes other than those for which they were granted, it shall inform the person concerned.

Si el Tribunal estimare que el comportamiento de un Asesor o un Abogado ante el Tribunal o un Juez es incompatible con la dignidad del Tribunal o con las exigencias de la buena administración de la justicia, o que hace uso de los derechos que le correspondan por razón de sus funciones con fines distintos de aquéllos para los que se le reconocen, informará de ello al interesado.

Ha a Bíróság úgy ítéli meg, hogy a tanácsadónak vagy az ügyvédnek a Bírósággal vagy valamelyik bíróval, főtanácsnokkal vagy a hivatalvezetővel szemben tanúsított magatartása sérti a Bíróság tekintélyét vagy a gondos igazságszolgáltatás követelményeit, illetve ha ez a tanácsadó vagy ügyvéd a feladatai ellátásának céljára biztosított jogaival visszaél, erről értesíti az érintettet.

(1) În cazul în care Curtea apreciază conduita unui consilier sau a unui avocat în fața Curții sau a unui judecător, a unui avocat general sau a grefierului ca fiind incompatibilă cu demnitatea Curții sau cu exigențele unei bune administrări a justiției sau că avocatul ori consilierul în cauză uzează de drepturile pe care le are în virtutea funcției sale în alte scopuri decât acelea pentru care îi sunt recunoscute, Curtea îl informează pe cel în cauză în legătură cu acest fapt.
