وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه في أثناء المشاورات التي أجرتها الأطراف الإيفوارية تحضيرا للاجتماع المعقود في 15 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، تم إطلاع الفريق العامل بصورة وافية على آراء مختلف المجموعات البرلمانية فيما يتعلق بهذه المسألة، لا سيما رأي المجلس الدستوري المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، وكانت كلها آراء مؤيدة لتمديد ولاية الجمعية الوطنية.

It should be recalled that during the consultations of the Ivorian parties in preparation for the meeting of 15 January 2006, the International Working Group had been thoroughly briefed on the views of the different parliamentary groups on the issue and, in particular, on the views expressed by the Constitutional Council on 15 December 2005, all in favour of extending the mandate of the National Assembly.

Cabe recordar que, en el transcurso de las consultas de las partes nacionales preparatorias de la reunión del 15 de enero de 2006, el GIT había sido ampliamente informado de la opinión de los diferentes grupos parlamentarios sobre el particular y, sobre todo, del dictamen del Consejo Constitucional del 15 de diciembre de 2005, todos ellos favorables a la prórroga del mandato de la Asamblea Nacional.

Il convient de rappeler qu’au cours des consultations des parties ivoiriennes préparatoires à la réunion du 15 janvier 2006, le Groupe de travail international avait été amplement informé de l’avis des différents groupes parlementaires sur la question et, surtout, de celui du Conseil constitutionnel daté du 15 décembre 2005, tous en faveur de la prorogation du mandat de l’Assemblée nationale.

Следует напомнить, что в ходе консультаций с ивуарийскими сторонами, проведенных в рамках подготовки к заседанию, состоявшемуся 15 января 2006 года, Международная рабочая группа получила исчерпывающую информацию о мнениях различных парламентских групп по этому вопросу и, в особенности, о мнении Конституционного совета, высказанном 15 декабря 2005 года; все высказались за продление полномочий Национального собрания.
