وفيما يتعلق بادعاء ”الانتهاكات المنهجية للحق في التعليم للطلاب المحصورين“ في شمال قبرص، جدير بالذكر أن الجانب القبرصي التركي اتبع دائماً نهجاً إيجابياً تجاه الاحتياجات التعليمية للقبارصة اليونانيين المقيمين في الشمال، وقام في أيلول/سبتمبر 2004، تماشياً مع هذا المفهوم، وإضافة إلى المدرسة الابتدائية القائمة التي تعمل في كارباز على مدى أكثر من ثلاثة عقود، بفتح مدرسة ثانوية للطلاب القبارصة اليونانيين المقيمين في تلك المنطقة، بما يتيح للطلاب استكمال تعليمهم دون انقطاع أو اضطرار إلى الابتعاد عن عائلاتهم سعياً لإنهاء تعليمهم الثانوي.

As regards the claim of “systematic violations of the right to education of enclaved students” in Northern Cyprus, it should be underlined that the Turkish Cypriot side has always followed a positive approach towards the educational needs of the Greek Cypriots residing in the North and, in line with this understanding, in addition to the existing primary school, which has been functioning in Karpaz for over three decades, opened a secondary school in September 2004 for Greek Cypriot students residing in that area, thus enabling students to complete their education uninterrupted, without having to move away from their families while fulfilling their secondary education.

En cuanto a las alegaciones de “violaciones sistemáticas del derecho a la educación de los estudiantes de los enclaves” en Chipre septentrional, cabe subrayar que la parte turcochipriota siempre ha aplicado un enfoque positivo a las necesidades educativas de los grecochipriotas que residen en el norte y, en consonancia con ese entendimiento, además de la escuela primaria de Karpaz, que ha estado en funcionamiento durante más de tres decenios, abrió una escuela secundaria en septiembre de 2004 para los estudiantes grecochipriotas que residen en esa zona, brindándoles así la oportunidad de proseguir ininterrumpidamente su educación, sin tener que abandonar a sus familias mientras reciben su educación secundaria.

Concernant les « violations systématiques du droit à l’éducation des élèves enclavés » à Chypre-Nord, il convient de signaler que la partie chypriote turque a toujours adopté une approche constructive en ce qui concerne les besoins en éducation des Chypriotes grecs résidant dans le nord de l’île. Ainsi, l’école primaire de Karpaz fonctionne depuis plus de 30 ans et une école secondaire a été ouverte en septembre 2004 pour les élèves chypriotes grecs du secteur, qui peuvent ainsi terminer leur scolarité sans être obligés de quitter leur famille pour poursuivre des études secondaires.

Что касается утверждения о «систематических нарушениях права на образование учащихся, проживающих в анклавах» на Северном Кипре, то следует подчеркнуть, что кипрско-турецкая сторона всегда занимала конструктивную позицию в вопросах образования киприотов-греков, проживающих на севере, и с учетом этого, помимо начальной школы, уже функционирующей в Карпазе на протяжении более 30 лет, открыла в сентябре 2004 года среднюю школу для киприотов-греков, проживающих в этом районе, чтобы школьники могли без каких-либо сбоев завершить свое обучение, не разъединяясь со своими семьями для получения среднего образования в других местах.
