Se realizó evaluación radiológica digital encontrando alteraciones en el surco tarsiano, y también una evaluación ultrasonográfica hallando áreas hipoecóicas, aumento de tamaño y disrupción fibrilar sobre el tendón flexor digital profundo; luego se procedió a realizar evaluación artroscópica en la cual se observa ruptura fibrilar en el aspecto craneal del tendón flexor digital profundo y sinovitis de la vaina sinovial tarsiana.
