وبدأت إجراءات المحكمة أيضا ضد مجموعة من الفلسطينيين بتهمة تجنيد أفراد في خلية إرهابية مسلحة بهدف القيام بجملة أمور منها رصد القوة المؤقتة والقيام بأعمال إرهابية من خلال زرع أجهزة متفجرة وتفجيرها.
