تَنشر الجهةُ المشترية إشعارا بالطلب فور تسلّمه، وتقوم بما يلي، في موعد لا يتجاوز ثلاثة (3) أيام عمل بعد تسلمها الطلب:

Promptly after receipt of the application, the procuring entity shall publish a notice of the application, and shall, not later than three (3) working days after receipt of the application:
