Le mandat du Comité directeur CIC–CFSM a été reconduit pour cinq ans; le Comité de mise en œuvre a été créé en janvier 2007; l’évaluation formative des initiatives visant à favoriser l’immigration dans les CFSM a été achevée en octobre 2006; diverses recherches, ont été réalisées, y compris celles effectuées dans le cadre du projet Metropolis, en particulier appuyer une journée de Réflexion sur les réalités de l’immigration francophone tenue à Toronto en mars 2007.
