وفي الواقع، ينص القانون في المادة 7 منه على أن "الدولة تكفل تكافؤ الفرص للحصول على التعليم، بغض النظر عن الجنس أو الرأي السياسي أو الأصل الفلسفي أو الديني أو الاجتماعي أو الثقافي أو اللغوي أو الجغرافي."

Article 7 of this law provides that: “the State guarantees equal access to education to all, regardless of gender; political, philosophical or religious belief; and social, cultural, linguistic or geographic background”.
