تؤكد كذلك مجددا الالتزام بالتنفيذ الكامل والدقيق للاتفاق بشأن المنسوجات والملابس، وتدعو إلى إحراز المزيد من التقدم في تنفيذه، وهو شرط أساسي وملازم للتنفيذ الكامل للاتفاقات المنبثقة من جولة أوروغواي للمفاوضات التجارية المتعددة الأطراف؛

Further reaffirms the commitment to full and faithful implementation of the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing, and calls for further progress in its implementation, which is a necessary and inherent condition of full implementation of the agreements arising from the Uruguay Round of multilateral trade negotiations;

Reitera también la adhesión a la aplicación plena y fiel del Acuerdo sobre los Textiles y el Vestido, y exhorta a que se siga avanzando en su aplicación, la cual constituye una condición necesaria e intrínseca para la aplicación plena de los acuerdos dimanados de la Ronda Uruguay de negociaciones comerciales multilaterales;
