ويسمح ذلك من جهة بمشاركة جميع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين مشاركة مباشرة، وخاصة المهتمين بهدف التقريب الذي يسعى هذا التنقيح إلى تحقيقه، استنادا إلى التجارب المستفادة من البحوث التي تم إجراؤها؛ ومن ناحية أخرى تسمح هذه العملية بالتداول بشأن مختلف وجهات النظر التي تنشأ من تباين الظروف الاقتصادية، والتي لا بد من النظر فيها لكفالة جدوى التصنيف الصناعي الدولي الموحد والتصنيف المركزي للمنتجات، كتصنيفين مرجعيين دوليين في مجال اختصاص كل منهما.

That allows on the one hand, the direct involvement of all major stakeholders, in particular those related to the convergence goal of the revision process, to draw on the experience of research work already carried out; on the other hand, the process allows deliberation of different viewpoints, arising out of different economic settings, which need to be considered to ensure the relevance of ISIC and CPC as international reference classifications in their respective subject-matter areas.

Ello hace posible, en primer lugar, que las principales partes interesadas, especialmente aquellas a quienes atañe el objetivo de convergencia del proceso de revisión, participen directamente y aprovechen la experiencia adquirida en la labor de investigación ya realizada; y, en segundo lugar, que se delibere sobre distintos puntos de vista, derivados de entornos económicos diferentes, que se deben tener en cuenta para asegurar la pertinencia de la CIIU y la CCP como clasificaciones internacionales de referencia en sus respectivas esferas.

Cette manière de procéder permettrait à toutes les parties prenantes d’intervenir, surtout à celles qui étaient intéressées à la convergence – objectif du processus – en tirant parti des travaux de recherche déjà réalisés, mais aussi de débattre depuis des points de vue divers, procédant de cadres économiques différents, débat indispensable pour que la CITI et la CPC soient utilisables comme classifications internationales de référence dans leurs domaines respectifs.
