Doris Elena Lobo Arias (aged 40) died on 20 February 2014 from a traumatic brain injury after falling off her motorbike while swerving to avoid obstacles on Avenida Las Américas, in the Santa Ana sector of the Libertador municipality. The investigation is being conducted by Prosecution Agency No. 5 in the State of Mérida and has involved the following procedures: technical inspections of the scene, an autopsy and multiple interviews. The case has been referred to the Technical and Scientific Unit and is currently under investigation.

Doris Elena Lobo Arias (40 años), muere en fecha 20-02-2014, por Traumatismo Cráneo encefálico, al caer de su moto tratando de esquivar unos obstáculos en Avenida Las Américas, Sector Santa Ana, Municipio Libertador, cuya investigación es conocida por la F 5o del estado Mérida, en el cual fueron practicadas las siguientes diligencias de investigación: inspecciones técnicas del sitio, protocolo de autopsia y múltiples entrevistas, siendo remitida la causa a la Unidad Técnico Científica, encontrándose en la actualidad en Fase de Investigación.

Doris Elena Lobo Arias (40 ans) décède le 20 février 2014 d’un traumatisme crânien après être tombée de sa moto en essayant d’éviter des obstacles à l’avenue Las Américas, dans le secteur de Santa Ana, de la commune de Libertador; le cinquième parquet de l’État de Mérida est chargé de la procédure qui a donné lieu aux actes d’instruction préparatoire suivants: inspections techniques du lieu, autopsie et nombreux entretiens; l’affaire a été renvoyée à l’unité technique scientifique et une enquête est en cours.
