وذكرت الحكومة أن لجنة حقوق الإنسان لولاية موريلوس قد وجهت توصية بشأن هذا الموضوع إلى رئيس بلدية ياوتيبيك بأن يصدر أمراً بإجراء تحقيق إداري مع أفراد الشرطة الضالعين في الحالة بهدف مجازاتهم.

The Government stated that the Human Rights Commission of the State of Morelos had addressed a recommendation on the subject to the Mayor of Yautepec to the effect that he should order an administrative investigation of the police officers involved in the case with a view to sanctioning them.
