فالاتفاقات المبرمة في أبيشي في تشاد في 3 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003 تحت إشراف الرئيس إدريس ديبي، بين حكومة السودان والجيش الشعبي لتحرير السودان، والبروتوكول المعني بالمسائل الأمنية الذي وقعته الحكومة والجيش الشعبي في 25 أيلول/سبتمبر هي أيضا تطورات على طريق السلام تلقى ترحيبنا.

Accords were concluded on 3 September 2003 under the auspices of President Idriss Deby at Abeche in Chad, between the Government of the Sudan and the People’s Liberation Army of the Sudan, and the protocol on security questions signed on 25 September between the Government and the SPLA also is a welcome development on the path to peace.
