(3) Aktiv Wahlberechtigte im Sinne des Artikels 3, die in das Wählerverzeichnis eingetragen worden sind, bleiben unter den gleichen Bedingungen wie inländische aktiv Wahlberechtigte so lange eingetragen, bis sie von Amts wegen aus diesem Wählerverzeichnis gestrichen werden, weil sie die Voraussetzungen für die Ausübung des aktiven Wahlrechts nicht mehr erfüllen.

3. Voters within the scope of Article 3 who have been entered on an electoral roll in the Member State of residence shall remain thereon, under the same conditions as voters who are nationals, until such time as they are removed automatically because they no longer satisfy the requirements for exercising the right to vote.

(3) Azok a 3. cikkben említett választópolgárok, akiket a lakóhely szerinti tagállam választói névjegyzékébe felvettek, szerepelnek a névjegyzékben – ugyanolyan feltételek szerint, mint az állampolgársággal rendelkező szavazók – mindaddig, amíg hivatalból nem törlik őket, mert már nem teljesítik az aktív választójog gyakorlásához szükséges követelményeket.

(3) Alegătorul menționat la articolul 3 care figurează pe o listă electorală rămâne înscris pe această listă, în aceleași condiții ca și alegătorul care sunt resortisanți, până la radierea sa din oficiu, pentru că nu mai îndeplinește condițiile necesare pentru a vota.
